Turn Services LLC provides unit turn coordination, vendor management, job dispatching, and scheduling services for property managers and real estate operators in Florida. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. SMS Communications
SMS Communications: By onboarding as a vendor or subcontractor with Turn Services LLC, you agree to receive automated SMS text messages regarding job assignments, project updates, and dispatch scheduling. Message frequency varies based on project volume. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to cancel and opt-out of all SMS communications. You may reply HELP for support or instructions.
4. Vendor & Subcontractor Obligations
Vendors and subcontractors agree to perform all assigned work in a professional, timely, and workmanlike manner in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. You are responsible for maintaining all required licenses, insurance, and certifications applicable to your trade.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established on a per-project or per-agreement basis. Turn Services LLC reserves the right to withhold or adjust payment in the event of incomplete, non-conforming, or disputed work in accordance with the terms of the applicable project agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on the Turn Services LLC platform are the exclusive property of Turn Services LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turn Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
